Wowzi Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Policy

1. Prohibition of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Wowzi maintains a strict zero-tolerance stance against any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation. This encompasses, but is not limited to:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any content that depicts or promotes the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors.
- Child Grooming: Engaging with minors online with the intent to facilitate sexual contact or exchange sexual imagery.
- Sexualization of Minors: Imagery or content that portrays minors in a sexual manner.
- Sextortion: Threatening or blackmailing minors using real or alleged access to their intimate images.
Child Trafficking: Advertising or soliciting minors for commercial sexual exploitation.
Such activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including reporting to relevant authorities and removal of the content.
2. Reporting Mechanism
Users are encouraged to report any content or behavior that violates this policy through our in-app reporting feature. Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team, and appropriate actions are taken, including content removal and user account suspension or termination.
3. Compliance with Legal Obligations
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of any CSAM on our platform, Wowzi will:
- Remove the content promptly.
- Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the appropriate regional authority, in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Designated Child Safety Contact
Wowzi has appointed a dedicated Child Safety Officer responsible for:
- Receiving notifications from Google Play regarding CSAE content.
- Overseeing enforcement and review procedures related to child safety.
- Coordinating with law enforcement and child protection agencies as necessary.

5. User Education and Awareness
We are committed to educating our users about online safety, especially concerning interactions with minors. Our platform provides resources and guidelines to help users recognize and report inappropriate behavior.
